This is a payment plan for the Level IV Master Practitioner Certification course 

You must have paid for Level 1 and Level 2 and Level 3 before you can gain access to the course material of level 4 Master training. 

You agree to pay the payments until account has been paid in full.  If payment is defaulted access to course material will be restricted until payment is made.  If payment is defaulted this may result in a reconnect fee of $25.  

There are no refunds under any circumstances whatsoever.  You fully agree to these terms by purchasing this payment plan.
